70 minutes every for 4 weeks (total 4 hours)

High schoolers/College students will concentrate on fine tuning or redeveloping any form of technique with shooting, ball handling and defense. This is a fast pace advanced workout, in which we put more emphasis on the little things that make a big difference “for example” “how to get open, squaring off in triple threat, how to read your defender or the offensive player in a game like situation.” At this level we do allow for the players to play a little transition game which allows them to work on their skills against others.
